| My experience with Tri-City-Tire & Automotive over the last couple of years has been nothing but satisfaction. Being in business for myself, I can build you a house from the ground up... but when it comes to fixing anything on a vehicle, well, lets just say I'd be desperately in the dark trying to figure out what was wrong. In the years past, when I would tell a mechanic that I didn't have a clue when something was wrong with my truck, instead of looking out for my best interest they would stick it to me so-to-speak. That's not the case with business owner, Robert B. and the Tri-City-Tire crew. So now, having said that... Robert's business may not be the cheapest repair shop in town, I don't know, but I'm not looking for cheap. I'm looking for loyalty and talent. I want experienced pros that will be fair in pricing and over-the-top in assuring me that my vehicle is good to go. I totally trust in the team that make up Tri-City-Tire & Automotive 100%. For me personally, being the proud home improvement specialist that I am and serving my community, I know how valuable it is to get and keep loyal, repeat clients. So here it is, plain and simple... should you become a customer of TCT&A, most likely you'll keep coming back, year after year, just like i do. I'm proud to give this business a high rating... | Great place and reasonable prices. Took my complicated truck to get repairs and they kept it for two days trying to figure it out needless to say the issue isn't fixed but it's due to my complicated truck even I have a headache getting parts for it. Staff is very knowledgable and great customer service, if I didn't move from California I would still take my vehicle for necessary repairs. |
