| Once again, brought my car (actually my husband's truck) in to these guys and nothing but great customer service! New brakes, it was ready when they said it would be- they even replaced a parking light free! Thank you Robert, see you next time. |

| Robert, why is that guy running the shop when you are gone? He is a jerk. When I asked him how much the job was he said, "one million dollars." I don't think that is funny! I have to pay the bill. I do not like to be jerked around. I expect courteous and direct answers to important questions. Richard Martinez |

| I love Tri city automotive! I've been a customer for years and would not want to go anywhere else. Robert is honest and will let you know what you NEED to get done to your car and that's it. If repairs do not need to be done, he will let you know. The staff there is awesome as well! Thank you guys for helping me out when my exhaust fell a couple of weeks ago. It works great and I am a happy customer! |

| absolutely 5 star service at this location .Robert did the work that was needed to make sure our car would pass smog test .He worked on our car the very day we took it to him .He did not tell us to come back in 3 days like some places do.He had other cars in for servicing but he helped us on day one ..Great service ! We left there very happy !! |
